I met John McDonald at Dragon*Con 2011. I had just picked up my badge at will call in the Sheraton in downtown Atlanta early on Friday morning, and as I was leaving the hotel I noticed a young man in a light blue Venture Industries speed suit tinkering with a life size H.E.L.P.eR.. Having corresponded on the internet I knew who he was so I walked up to him and said,"You must be John McDonald?" We talked for a while and he showed me the finer points of his mechanical H.E.L.P.eR. As we walked together through the streets of Atlanta I began to realize just how Huge a Venture Bros. fan this man is. His head is full of ideas on how to bring quality Venture Bros. merchandise to the masses. besides H.E.L.PeR. and his Shrink-ray gun that can be seen on Youtube he has now started a line of Venture Bros. hoodies, and is as of this posting working on an assortment of Venture Bros. Christmas ornaments. He also does commissioned work on Venture Bros. props and cosplay items. John and I have talked several times about his plans for future, and let me tell you they are Grand and I would love to see them come to fruition. John does high Quality work with attention to detail, and He is committed to bring affordable quality Venture Bros. themed merchandise to the multitude of fans that are yearning to have something from their favorite show for there very own.
